Education and Career Guidance

Education and Career Guidance (ECG) supports Springdalites in discovering who they are, exploring their aspirations, and making informed choices about their learning pathways. Aligned to our mission of nurturing lifelong skills and helping students thrive with purpose, ECG equips students with the awareness, confidence and readiness to navigate their future.

Our ECG experiences are anchored in three guiding questions:

Who am I?
Students explore their strengths, interests, values and motivations. They learn to recognise their unique qualities and understand how these shape the choices they make.

Where am I going?
Students are introduced to the wide range of opportunities available in Singapore’s education landscape. They learn about different industries, roles and pathways — including the various post-secondary options they can consider after Primary 6.

How do I get there?
Students develop the skills and habits required for planning ahead, making decisions and setting meaningful goals. They learn to adopt a growth mindset, stay open to possibilities and take proactive steps toward their aspirations.

Through CCE (FTGP) lessons, conversations with teachers and peers, school experiences and ECG Career Awareness events, we aim to nurture students who are self-aware, future-ready and confident in charting their own learning journeys. Our goal is to inspire Springdalites to dream boldly, plan purposefully and contribute meaningfully as compassionate changemakers.
