At Springdale Primary, we believe that every child can thrive when their strengths are recognised and nurtured. Our Talent Development & Support (TDS) Programme is designed to provide a structured and balanced approach to developing each student’s potential, in line with our motto, Together We THRIVE.

Grounded in the understanding that children develop at different paces and in different domains, the TDS Programme adopts a holistic approach. Students are thoughtfully identified and supported through a range of opportunities that allow them to discover their strengths, build confidence, and grow at a pace that is appropriate for them.

Supporting Students with Academic Strengths

Students with strengths in specific academic areas are provided with appropriate challenge and enrichment. These opportunities are carefully curated to deepen learning, sustain interest, and stretch students meaningfully.
