Strategic Games Club

Our Strategic Games Club CCA develops students' strategic thinking and analytical skills through systematic training in fundamentals, tactics, and advanced gameplay of International Chess and other games. Students learn essential opening principles, middle-game strategies, and endgame techniques while building critical thinking abilities and mental resilience.

Through regular practice sessions and participation in tournaments, students develop technical expertise in competitive chess including time management, position analysis, and tournament protocols. They gain valuable experience competing in inter-school championships, national age-group tournaments, and online international competitions, representing the school at various levels.

The programme welcomes students of all skill levels and helps them discover the intellectual challenges of chess while building patience, concentration, and logical reasoning abilities.
